Order Handling & Processing Time

All orders containing beauty sponges, puffs, or cosmetic tools undergo handling and packaging within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin fulfillment on the following business day.
Once dispatched from our warehouse, an automated shipment notification containing tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

Delivery Guidelines & Tracking

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipment email for the tracking link to display initial carrier updates. While standard domestic shipments typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, international or remote deliveries may take between 7 to 15 business days depending on local carrier schedules and customs processing.

Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned to 252 Avenue Rd due to an incomplete address or failure to collect from local postal facilities, re-shipping charges may apply.
